Papa Johns Pizza - Idaho Falls

We really like Papa John's. Despite being a chain pizza restaurant, it's quite good. We love the hot pepper and garlic butter sauce that comes with every pizza. The service at this location is always quick and friendly. One of our favorite pizzas is the zesty Italian with stuffed pepperoni crust. Although it's not the same as a hand-tossed brick oven pizza that we prefer, Papa John's is still tasty for what it is.

I enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The pizza wasn't the best, but it definitely wasn't the worst either. My main concern was with the service. I attempted to order online, but encountered connection issues at checkout despite trying 4 different internet connections - 2 cell phones, one on a home fiber line, and one on a computer with a VPN. The problem seemed to be with the website. I then called in my order, but the service was lacking - it felt like I was speaking with a call center or someone working from home. Overall, the service was poor and there was excessive upselling.

This pizza place was the worst. I ordered a large and a medium pizza for about $40. When I asked for some green packets, they only gave me 2 and said that was it. When I got home and opened the pizza boxes, I found the pizzas to be incredibly disappointing. I could have probably gotten better pizza for $12 at Walmart.

We ordered The Works and the Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust for pick up. They made the pizza quickly and had it ready for us when we showed up. The Works had so many toppings on it, it?s a great dense pizza. The Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust was amazing. The crustwas not only stuffed with cheese, but it was also stuffed with pepperoni. The crust was actually my favorite part. Each pizzacame with a sauce and a pepperoncini.

Rebecca was my driver tonight and she did amazing that she was fast, and very polite, in any case I hoped her again the next time I order! best delivery drive I had so far!
