Except for its atmosphere, I had no positive impressions about Rota Balik. 1. The tabby we ordered was not fresh at all. 2. There was a hair in the appetizer. 3. Bread arrived dry. 4. A lot of tiny little bits of stone-like stuff came out of the shrimp in the butter. 5. We did not see any smiling faces from the waiters. I definitely do not recommend this place.
