I had a terrible experience at Taco Bell. When we ordered our food and checked the bag, we realized that the tacos were wrong. I went to speak with the staff about the mistake, but two of them argued with me. I had to show them the error, and one of the cooks even rolled their eyes at me. When they finally handed me my food, it was only one taco, and the person who gave it to me seemed frustrated, even though it was their mistake.

I had a Nachos Bell Grande today, and it felt like they just took the scraps from the bottom of the chip bag and added a tablespoon of meat and cheese on top. Taco Bell used to be much better than this—what happened?

I'm so fed to pay money for something I want and that I know and all their workers know they can do, and it's always wrong. how can I not come and no sour looking ask, two kinds of meat and additional meat on it and end with the literally opposite of everything I ask?! and I do not guess the women she was working on the window in the Bolger shop in independentness at night, she said she filled my frying cabinet too much, which was hardly crowded on her hands then she said on her hands, then she was holding her hands on me she doesn't know the menu at all, she tried to tell me what comes when I don't ask on my food after the article, and she won't give them time to tell her what they want them to stop quickly before they can finish, at the end I have no quitting, so I couldn't find their names or any sauce in the bag, along with all the items we are wrong! their employees need either training or they need different employees! and then I can never go back to another note to complain because I will go later on the day and either close them an hour early or they don't call the phone to me as soon as I get home, which is 2-3 minutes away from the load.

I was the only customer there at 11:30a. That was already a red flag. But it was for DoorDash. The manager has clearly never opened a conversation with a stranger before. Her non-existent manners brought out the worst in me real quick. I still feel bad about how I reacted. But I’ll never say anything different about what a poor job she is doing.
