Eggsmart - Coffee Time - Innisfil

The new owners have recently taken over this restaurant and it is fantastic! They completely renovated the interior, which now looks very clean and modern. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. It is a significant improvement over the previous management and I highly recommend giving it a try!

Today, we dined at the Innisfil location. Unfortunately, the indoor dining area was closed, so we opted to sit outside under a tent. When we asked for water before looking at the menu, we were told that they do not provide water for free and that we would have to purchase it. I mentioned that we had previously received water when we dined there two weeks ago, but the waitress explained that she was simply following company policy. We politely thanked her and decided to take our business elsewhere. It was Friday at 12:15 and despite two tents set up with tables, only one table was occupied. I think that speaks for itself.

After waiting nearly an hour and having to track down the server, our food finally arrived. The clubhouse sandwich was made with two pieces of burnt toast, definitely not what I expected. The staff seemed to be in total disarray, with no organization or training. This was the first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant. Do not attempt to eat here.

The worst customer experience we have ever done in Kovidzeit. Unfriendly employees made us feel that we were a huge inconvenience. Didn't offer us any condiments, had to go back and bang to the door, called twice (hanged... twice to ask for salt and pepper. The food was then less desirable, but perhaps because the customer service was terrible.

Since new owners took over the place is terrible. Ordered 3 sets of Eggs Benedict for pick up and the orders were flipped upside down, the eggs were cooked hard when we asked for soft, there was no Hollandaise sauce on them and our home...fries were burnt. Took the order back as instructed and was told they would make a new order and to be there in 30 minutes to pick everything up. Get there and they told us sorry, we 're really busy. Come back in 30 minutes . Leave and come back and they tell me they ran out of English Muffins and Hollandaise sauce. Thanks for making me waste 2 hours of my day and getting NO BREAKFAST. Place totally sucks and will never go back. Sunset Grill up the street is way better.
