Feedback gevenI would give this place a miss, placed an online delivery at half 5 said it would be delivered with in 60 min when I completed my order, i waited until 6:45 pm to see where our food was, called and was told that it was getting cooked and that it would be out in the next delivery and should receive just after 7 pm waited until 7:35 pm and still no food so decided to call again as at this point it has been 2 hours since order I do get that places do get busy at the weekend to be told that it would be with me with in 10 min, roll on 8:30 pm 3 hours later must I add and food had been delivered, asked why it has took 3 hours for food to be delivered after the order had been placed to be told oh it just depends on where delivery’s are going, food seems like it has been kept in a hot plate since it was tubbed up which might have been just before 7 pm when I was told that it was getting cooked and waiting to be took for delivery and tastes to salty and the chips on all dishes where soggy and also tasted stale like that had been kept somewhere like the hot plate for over an hour, so we can’t even eat any of it, also they forgot to give me my 2 cans of juice that was ordered as well, what a waste of money.
Ordered online at 17.52. Was given a delivery time of 19.30. Called at 19.52 as it hadn’t arrived and the girl apologised and said it was in the next run. Another 35mins later still no order so called to cancel and it still hadn’t left the shop. Over 2.5hrs and still no food. Very poor service.
Ordered online for delivery at 1830 and still no food nearly one hour later. Called a couple of times and keep getting told it’s on its way. Shouldn’t be too long. Shocking service to be honest. Why give an option of a delivery time if your going to be nowhere near that time.
Given the current situation I ordered and collected within the hour. Food was superb, great quality and portions. Lassie was lovely on the desk at collection, offered hand sanitiser after paying! Great service and value
I ordered a takeaway on friday 27th March through their online website. I got an original time then an email to say delayed by 40 mins then a phone call to say actually,I would have to wait 2.5 hours. I understand they are busy because of the corona virus so asked them to refund my money. Still no money cant returned. Cant get through to them and there is nothing on the website to contact them. Terrible service
