Suffolk Grill - Ipswich

Ordered a kebab and chips first kebab i have had for 6 months, wish i hadnt bothered doner kebab is my dirty pleaser no pleasure here.turned up on time if not early but most of the chips went in the bin very tough chewy chips kebab was tiny pieces of meat not nice at all probably the last of the meat. worst kebab i have ever had and how do they make chips so awful .

I always use Suffolk Grill, quick delivery food nice an hot. All the food is delicious too. Pizza, Wraps an burgers are a must.

Wouldn’t recommend eating from here, have just witnessed the ‘chef’ pop out for a cigarette, go back in and use his fingers to remove something off of the doner meat which was rotating behind the counter. He didn’t even wash his hands! We were sitting in the car outside so had the perfect view.

Ordered several pizzas from here over the past 2 years and every time they have been so outstanding that we no longer use any other pizza delivery. I can recommend the donner meat calzone there is nothing quite like it! Can I also point out that they have a 5 star food hygiene rating. Pizzas are always loaded, fresh, perfectly cooked and very good value. We live near the restaurant, so never had a problem with delivery time.

It took 2 hours to get the pizza that arrived cold and dry, they weren’t ready even to replace it or offer anything else, Never ordering again.
