Flossie's - Irving

Had brunch at Flossies today. The buffet was great for my mom, but I am vegan and could not find much to eat. A member of the staff saw my dismay and desire my saying I was gone, he told Chef Juan Ramos and a few minutes later, the chef brought the mostdelicious quinoa bowl to our table. It was FANTASTIC, full of flavor and totally vegan, which blew me away as I am not used topeople understanding a plant based diet. True service is understanding what someone wants before they even know it. This wastruly one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had!! I live in Las Colinas and despite many other options, I will bemaking Flossie?s my ?go to? brunch spot so long as Chef Ramos plates up such wonderful vegan meals!!

Hannh was the best bartender ever! So hospitable. Made me feel welcomed and prioritized throughout my entire stay at hotel! Mostly every other server or bartender looked over me while Hannah on the other hand never let me ask for anything. TOP OF THELINE SERVICE IF I DO SAY SO MYSELF??

I've been going here ever single year for Thanksgiving since moving to the DFW area and have never been disappointed. The food is always incredible and the service is second to none. Haven't ever been outside of the holidays but if it's half as good as thanksgiving it's going to be a real treat!
