Great coffee, not so yummy chai latte. Very friendly girl attended us always good to have positivity specially at hard times like these. We love sitting by the window to grab a frame of the bypassers going to/from Candem Passage. Pastries were tasty and fresh. Stop by and watch this part of the world go by. Coolness alert: they have a SWAP BOOK station take your already read books to their store, and swap it for new ones. They have nice titles, make sure yours are good as well;
