Feedback gevenMetro is better. I thought I would give this place a try, but my six-inch sub was actually shorter than expected. The toppings were also quite sparse once I received my order. Next time, I think I’ll stick with Metro for my subway fix.
Terrible! I had the tuna salad, which was nearly $10, and it was awful. It was as if someone just opened a can of tuna and dumped it straight onto the bread without any mayo. You really had to search to find any tuna, as there was hardly anything on it. For that price, I expected much better!
I will be reporting this to the company's headquarters! They canceled an order for a 90th birthday celebration set for 1 PM today. Thank you for your reliability. You've really ruined the party. Customers know they can rely on Potbelly!
I used ActiveMenus to order delivery from Potbelly today. It was my first time using them. I ordered a couple chicken club sandwiches and a cup of chicken pot pie soup. It was my first time trying their sandwiches which was one of the best sandwiches i have had in a long time. The soup was amazing also. Potbelly just became my new go to and ActiveMenus was quick to get our food delivered it was fresh and hot when it arrived and was easy to use.
Really gone down hill. Tonight our sandwiches missing ingredients, avocado sub with none, stale soggy bread, slimy vegetables, tried to return it for a refund but they won?t give you your money back. It was pricey and a waste of $25
