Wendy's - Jackson

The staff member was quite dismissive and rolled her eyes at me. I wasn't loud or rude; I simply asked for help because my DoorDash order hadn't arrived, even though it indicated that my food had been picked up. Her attitude was unacceptable, and while I tried to communicate my concerns, it felt like I was talking to a child. If she continues to behave this way, it could lead her into some tough situations in the future.

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which was supposed to come with salad, but neither sandwich had any. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

Drink and condiment area was disgusting. I'm never eating here again. You can tell it hasn't been done because old drink was all over machine.

The app doesn't work so I went on Google chrome ordered a strawberry frosty and a chocolate frosty and when my gf went and picked them up they told her all the had was vanilla! It's bs! Very disappointed!Food: 1/5
