Feedback gevenWaited 10 minutes curbside before having my passenger go inside. Meanwhile, an employee comes out and goes around to every single car, including mine, to ask for names. I told her my name and she said she was about to bring mine out. Apparently whenshe went back inside she threw her hands up and said she didn?t know whose order it was. She asked my passenger what order hewas there for and then she handed him the bag she walked around the parking lot with. When we checked in, it asked for theparking spot number, so I?m unsure how she didn?t know whose order it was. Food was cold, low quality and lacking presentation.The salads literally were just iceberg lettuce, canned salsa, and cold chicken. The fries were a disaster. Chips were smashed.Id never spend another dollar of my money at this establishment.
The kitchen staff at Chilis in Orange Park think they are funny today. They just ruined a perfectly good meal of steak nachos. Usually they have jalapeños on them, but lite, not to the point of choking on them.
It was a Charles Dickens visit. My 79 year old mother asked to have her birthday lunch at Chili's to get her free dessert. The food was great, steak and asparagus cooked perfectly. And then there was Taylor, our waiter. He did not seem to know basicknowledge or have adequate skills. She did not receive the usual email reward. She offered to show her driver's license. Iasked to speak to a manager to override or make a good-faith exception. Her mango tea was never refilled either, much lessoffered a tea to go. I had to get another waiter to remove the chips salsa from the kiosk. Taylor hid from the rest of ourvisit. I do believe additional training would be beneficial for young Taylor. It's a shame that my mother did not receive hercake on her special day.
This is a BBQ Brisket Burger. The selling point is the brisket and there was barely the presence of it. The wait staff ignored requests for refills of drinks and were not attentive once the food arrived at the table. This was a very lackluster experience.
Service at this restaurant seemed much better prior to the pandemic. You would think service would?ve improved since restaurants are wanting people to return to support their establishment. I ordered Cajun Shrimp Pasta and yes, there is a food shortage butit also appears to be a portion shortage as well?I feel if I dined inside verses ordering to-go, my portion size would?ve beenmuch larger.
