Ruby Tuesday - Jacksonville

Our family enjoyed a fantastic dinner this evening. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially our server, Michelle, who went above and beyond to make our son feel welcome by bringing his meals out first. Every dish was well-prepared, and everyone was satisfied with their food. We will definitely be returning!

The new manager, James, is very courteous and respectful. He assisted my wife and me with our order, and I have to say that the pot roast is incredible. We will definitely be back!

If you're in the mood for a big burger, Ruby Tuesday is the place to go. I don't usually eat burgers, but when I do, I insist on authentic ground beef. They cook it just the way you like it, and the best part? It was my birthday, so I got my burger for free! They offer a complimentary burger on your birthday, which is hard to beat.

The food was good. our service was great. our server was michelle, she took care of us. the temporary manager whose name I believe is nate, seemed incredibly unorganized. loudly interviewed a potential new tenant directly next to tables that had people in which were. he also had difficulty working his timetable of the employees about the weekend, and stood in the center of the restaurant where the people could hear him, and spoke to the servers about those who go to cover the shift. the internet was also grounded in the restaurant and they could not take any cards, which was not a big thing, as there was a atm next door, but apparently the manager had his feet drawn on the arrest, and server suffered due to fewer tips. TL;DR: good eating, fast service, unprofessional new temporary manager.

They have a new Philly cheesesteak sandwich that has the most tender steak ever. This is a must try for everyone. Your welcome! :
