Feedback geven1. Yesterday visited it around 4.35 PM. 2. And in two counters they had only one was operational. 3. There was a long queue. 4. There is an argument that was festival season hard to hire people. Well for a extra pay someone would work. 5. And after 15 mins in the queue they said French fries was over. 6. They make it in visible space. And if I'm correct it has been finished for a long time. They could have communicated that in board. It would have saved my time.
Foods are okay. Need to wait lots of time for order the food. Customer service not good. Washrooms and hand wash are very dirty comparing to other KFCs in colombo area. very poor maintenance and management.
Need to wait in 2 qué. One for billing and 2nd for collection. Very disappointed regarding global standards. Almost waited in both qué 1 hour I have seen negative reviews. But no step taken to rectify the issue
The food quality and taste is good. But the management should have the basic idea that one customer doesn’t need to stay in two queues to get one meal order. Wasted around 30mins in each queue.
I recently dined at the KFC in Jaffna and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and service. Not only was the food subpar and poorly cooked, but the gravy was also missing from my order despite being listed on the menu. I was left with a dry and tasteless meal that did not meet my expectations. Furthermore, the staff seemed indifferent to my complaints and did not offer any solutions to rectify the situation. Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a satisfying fast food experience.
