Authentic - Jasper

The food and service at Authentic are always first rate don't change a thing :

This was our first visit to Authentic. The place has modern decor and has a lounge casual restaurant vibe. The menu is limited, but has comfort food, including hamburgers, mac and cheese and other favourites. It has a decent selection of cocktails, but this evening they only had one draft beer on tap. The food is quite good, but nothing special to tickle ones palate. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and took care of our needs without being overly intrusive. This is a decent place, but it isn't a stand out restaurant.

Fantastic service and the best burgers in Jasper! Also terrific cocktails and the s’mores dessert is a must try.

We were going to eat at a couple of other restaurants in Jasper, Fiddle River for example was one, but we picked you two dinners in a row!
