C200 - Jasper

Had a late breakfast here. Wonderful service. Beautiful view of the mountains. Very polite, attentive, and efficient server. Really good bacon & eggs. Will be back here for sure.

The C200 is an outstanding restaurant which was a perfect fit for our friends and we as we were looking for a great place to eat during our first evening at Jasper. We were all quite pleased with the entree selections. Specifically, my salmon entree was outstanding! The wait staff was quite friendly and our meal met all expectations.

Over two days, we had a breakfast, lunch and dinner at C200, the restaurant within the Crimson Jasper hotel. The servers and service are outstanding and it was always very clean. Prices are excellent value and the menu offers a good variety and choice of dishes. We found the food to be of excellent quality and enjoyed everything we ordered.

We stayed at the hotel and really it was nice not to have to go out after skiing. The first night we ordered too much food. The food was generally tasty. The second night we decided to eat in as well, mainly because they had really good specials on which made our meal very affordable. I can't speak to the breakfast or lunch. I don't generally do buffets, and we decided to eat downtown Jasper for breakfast and at the ski hill for lunch.

During our stay at the Crimson Jasper hotel, we decided to have a quick breakfast at their dining room. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and reasonable prices for a satisfying breakfast. Although they offer a breakfast buffet, we opted to order from the menu. We enjoyed full plates of delicious food, along with orange juice and tip, all for under $20 CAD for two meals.
