Arby's - Johnson City

Yes this location is amazing, close to my work and always on point. And everything is fresh every time I go there and today I didn't want to go back to my work and I just parked and ate my food there and talked with my hubby and like no problems no issue and fresh curly fresh with arm sauce that I love. Kind of customer service it's willing to help answer anything you need and help figure out anything and everything that you would need we want that time. Honestly it's the best one that I've been through and the Tri-Cities here!

It's an Arby's. I haven't had an order messed up here in years/dozens of visits. It's cleaner than your average fast food place, I just wish corporate Arby's would improve their app.

One of the best-run fast food places in Johnson City. Steve, the manager was great and offered some good recommendations. He also gave me the senior discount which I didn't even know they had. A great manager makes all the difference.

Had to pay cash because the pin pad wouldn't take cards. The food was great as was the service. Enjoyed the day.Food: 5/5
