Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

This is my first visit to the Johnson City, TN restaurant. It’s standardized to other facilities, so no big surprises, which is what I was hoping for on this particular visit. The food was good, temperature of the steak was good, service as well. I had the pecan chicken salad, which was served exactly as expected. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I will add that the store did several pick-up orders; our table was near the door servicing pick-up orders, a cold rush of air flooded the area every time the door was opened/closed. This caused us to wear our coats during the meal. A two door entry should be added to this area. A quick solution is to move pick-ups to the lobby.

Amazing experience here! The honey butter croissants were absolutely fantastic! The service was amazing as well, everyone was so friendly! The food was also fresh when it came out and the place itself was super clean! Will definitely be back :

From start to finish, the service was top notch. The food was fresh, well prepared, and simply divine. The restaurant was clean and running like a well-oiled machine.
