Chick-fil-a - Johnson City

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent.

Chick-Fil-A will always be delicious, as their chicken is consistently cooked to perfection. Some people may be a bit judgmental of the restaurant, but if you're craving some quality chicken, I recommend giving it a try.

I went to the restaurant and ordered the 12-piece grilled nuggets, fries, and a drink. When I returned to the office, I realized that I only received 7 nuggets, the fries package was not full, and the drink was also not full. To make matters worse, there was no fork or napkin provided. I am not sure what is happening at this establishment, but I will be going somewhere else next time. It seems like they are either intentionally shortchanging customers or they are unable to count properly. Either way, it reflects poorly on them.

They have hired a new crew at the one on West Market and they are horrible. The food is not the same and just constantly messed up orders. Tastes horrid. Please hire new people who can actually do the job!!

This is the poorest operated Chick-fil-A. I paid for an order and waited. Other people had their order filled I was waiting for 1 sandwich only. Unprofessional as an employee had his hat on backwards. Employees were not professional!! This Chick-fil-A needs a new owner!!
