Señor Fajitas Mexican Cuisine

Decided to check out this place since they had a buffet . It opened at 11AM and we got there at 11:10AM expecting the food to be fresh and hot. Their buffet only had chips, chicken that was dry and not even warm, eggs with either cheese and shrimp or cheese and jalapeños, and rice and beans. Nothing on the buffet line was hot and when they refilled the line they carried the stuff out in metal pans, handling the bottom of the pans with their bare hands, so even the food that was coming out of the kitchen wasnt hot. Definitely wont be going back. Worst food I 've ever had and worst restaurant I 've ever been to. This place deserves negative stars.. Noticed after this place got well deserved 1 star reviews out of nowhere its getting 5 stars and compliments on their buffet. Got to be from employees who are having their jobs threatened or from owners/friends of owners. This place gets 5

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant that my husband and I have ate at since being down here! They are welcoming and treat everyone with respect. I can’t rave enough about the great atmosphere, service, and amazing food! If you’re in Johnson City and craving some great authentic Mexican food, head on over to the Blue Corn Mexican Restaurant and you’ll be glad that you did!

My five star rating is for the atmosphere, service, and food. I can't remember the exact item I ordered, but it was a burrito, and I've not had any better in the many Mexican restaurants that I've visited over my 72 years. I will visit again at my next opportunity.

Buffet food was 4 metal pans of meat. Images used for their site are all stock photos of what a buffet should look like. Overall experience was meh I had pics of the four pan buffet that I showed interested coworkers and they all got a good laugh but they are on my other phone. Save time and money and just Taco Bell it. Won 't be back

Had an amazing time with great food, friends and service!! The staff helped me throw a surprise birthday for my daughter, which was even better than I had invisioned. They were friendly and went above and beyond . They made an already festive atmosphere more personal. Will go back many times. We all can't wait to enjoy the buffet! Which I have gotten to try once so far and the food was fresh and warm. They kept it stocked with fresh food and it was nice to try something different! Very affordable buffet! We will definitely be back and can't wait to have our friends that could not make it join us!! The atmosphere is great and this old building definitely has the right group to open it up to many possibilities!!
