Lum's Bbq - Junction

Driving to Corpus Christi from Alberta Canada and happened upon this gem. Loved the brisket, smoked jalapeño cheddar sausage and pulled pork. Loved the smoke flavour, juiciness of the tender meat and that it wasn't salty or greasy. My husband loved his beans and coleslaw and I loved my potato salad side. Our service was extremely polite and fast. The restaurant is clean and not cluttered up even tho they sold merchandise. All-in-all, we'd make a point of eating there and we recommend.

The meat is fresh and cooked just right rib tips are excellent you get a good portion for the price that's the large tips I'm a weekly customer

On a 17 day road trip...saw this BBQ so we stopped for dinner. Love the walk up counter... pick what you want... plated...served. I ordered the 3 meat plate...which comes with 2 sides. We got...brisket...pulled pork...ribs...slaw...Mac. The pulled pork is the winner in my book...very good. The Brisket/ribs were good... needed a bit more smoke/bark. IMO of course... This is not 4.6 star barbecue. This is the worst barbecue I have ever eaten. It was cold and greasy not to mention expensive. Hope we don’t get sick from eating this awful food. The food is disgusting. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
