New Lodge Function Centre - KATANNING

The room had a terrible odor, and the air conditioning unit was so dirty it barely functioned. The power outlet was hanging precariously from exposed wires, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was filthy. The plumbing was broken, the toilet wouldn't flush, the soap dispenser was out of order, and the faucets were malfunctioning. The carpet was disgusting, and the deep freezer in the refrigerator had clearly never been cleaned. There were large pieces missing from the wall, and the linens were unclean. This place poses a serious health hazard!

Beautifully decorated throughout. Very friendly staff and surrounds. Excellent food.

Good for a short stay. Bit dated but at least everything worked.

The accommodation is stunning, featuring a spacious service area. I would rate it 5 out of 5 for the overall stay, 4 out of 5 for the service, and 5 out of 5 for the location. Highly recommended!

The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately, there was no proper heating. The heater was inconsistent, turning on and off, and the wall heater didn't function at all. The electric blankets worked, but we still had a few cold nights. On the positive side, the owners were very friendly and helpful. When we accidentally locked ourselves inside, they kindly came over from the pub to help us get the door open and even returned us safely afterward.
