Angus Burger Shakes - Kearney

We were so disappointed here, we thought we were going to have amazing burgers and shakes here. They were just average. The fried pickles were a 2 out of 10. The wait staff was adequate that's all. Overall this place is not worth the hype or price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was pretty good. Good menu choices. Burger was fair/decent- overall the entire burger was a little dry- the sauce was left off, which would've made a difference. The sweet potato tots were significantly undercooked.

My wife and I both got the same burger. It was a delicious bloodbath of flavor even though I ordered med-well. Well, I was warned by their menu that can't be responsible for the taste of overcooked items. We'll just have to get used to the real way to eat meat. A **** feast from here on out. Yes! Well we tried. Neither one of could finish our small burger but we got close.

I specifically asked waiter if onion rings were freshly made and if they were beer battered. He said yes to both. Wrong. Onion rings are frozen and taste like it and were cooked too much. Very disappointed with sides for a burger place that charges a good price for sides. Burger good. Waiter brought our ticket before we were even ready to leave. He. NEVER asked if we wanted a 2nd drink or anything. We wanted to order a shake with rum (as menu says we can), but they were out of rum!!!! Husband wanted one of their specialty drinks but they were out of brandy for it. Very disappointing experience. I wanted a 2nd drink, too, but it was never offered.

What a great dinner we had. every year we come to kearney, we make sure we come here. they make a fantastic job. we love the new burgers and the menu they have. burgers are huge and so tasteful. we can't bring anything similar to them and we're coming from a big city. service is also 10 stars. clean and great atmosphere. hard to say what they can get better. we had to wait 30 minutes to get in, but this is certainly a good sign. the staff was friendly and helpful. some other customers were rude, but they seem good to handle it. we love this place!
