That was such a wonderful experience! the staff was friendly, polite and fun and the food was delicious! I also wanted to give credit to the man who ran the cash today. he was incredibly respectful and great at customer service, but what I really liked was when another customer showed up while my man and I checked out. she asked for a lid and the politely informed her that they had no lid for this size but that he could offer her a bigger cup. she did what I would consider a snarchic note that she did not help her and took care of a confirmation for her statement. this gentleman did not fluctuate in his contempt and with greatest sincerity explained to her how the use of the drink into the larger cup that had a lid would be useful to them. she looked embarrassing; apologized without apologising; and the cashier was still kind enough to not protect, disregard, or fake in his sincerity and respect in the smallest, if politely reacts to her non-apology. in a day and age, where everyone seems to feel claiming the treatment of men, but they want without effect, this was more than a breath of fresh air. that gave me new hope that real decent, good people exist. Many thanks that they make my day (and my heart) much better, sir (and for the wonderful information about the steak for my man; he is so excited)! P.S. as a teacher, I apologize for her. I was embarrassed when I realized that they were not respected by a person from a profession that also experiences to be illuminated by publicity when simply doing their best. I'm glad she felt repentance, but she still owed you an apology. in abnormality one, please allow me the opportunity to give them what they do not.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered the shrimp nacho bowl and the shrimp was undercooked. I would have brought it back up but the chips were so greasy and stale, what's the point. It was not edible. The soda had no carbonation so I couldn't even wash the slop down. There was no soap or toilet paper in the ladies bathroom and they were cleaning the tables with a stinky old rag as if that'd get anything clean. Over all it was a terribly experience especially given we spent over $30 dollars on the meal. Never again...

My wife and I love eating here, eating is always quite good, but I really miss the sose bar. While I understand that it went during the “pandemic”, many places have brought this back and it was a great reason for us to go there. After all this has said, thank you for not running for (in the opposite to lame amigos) it is just really annoying if I’m not enough and I have to go to get some of the cash if they are really busy.

I ate my food because I was very hungry but I wouldn't say I enjoyed my meal. I would only eat here again in a pinch.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! While the food is good, the whole experience can be summed up as sub par. Not too bad but just enough to have a BUYERS BEWARE!!!! If you look at the menu thats posted on their wall, website, and even the paper handout menu you will not easily find that cheese sauce is extra. Nor did their staff in any way indicate that this was extra. I would call this deceptive business practice. To knowingly upcharge customers without proper terminology to let customers know that it 's not included. What cheese sauce did you want on that? Pepperjack, cheddar, or both? Doesn 't indicate that it 's extra at all. So BUYERS BEWARE that your $9.59 sandwiche can easily become a $13.59 sandwich without you realizing.
