Valentino's - Kearney

I come from close to kearney and every time we visit, we make sure we eat at valentino. sometimes we show up with large family groups and they are very accentuating! the pizza is fantastic, and the other foods are also quite good. the staff is very friendly and they make sure they enjoy their time. the desert is a good end for a good meal.

I didn't know that children were eating free on Tuesday, so I had a nice surprise! there were very limited staff, but the few who were great! I think the type that leads the register has also blown the tables, and it was super fast to delete our plates. it looked like only one type had made the buffet, which refilled and I never saw anything empty. Maybe there were more employees I didn't see? Anyway, good work for the few I saw tonight. it's crazy how a few really great employees can do as much work as a dozen not as good employees.

Delicious food, great variety, separate station for salad, suppen and hot vegetables, Italian entrees (lissagna, spaghetti, meatballs, various pastas, marinara and meat sauce,) pizzas, desserts. very clean and beautifully decorated, subtle lighting, clean toilet. I loved it! (senior rabatt too, over 60)

We enjoyed the place. eating was pretty good and the staff was friendly. the service was slow, and tables needed to clean up. but I don't owe the employees. as so many other places, they were very short employees.

Look I don’t want to bash this place but the food was subpar. Best part was the salad bar and the brownies. Anything that had what is supposed to be ground beef is pellet sized balls of meat in everything from the pizza to the lasagna and meat sauce for the pasta which I found unusual. The service was much better than the food but it wasn’t that busy. I’m glad I experienced it but I don’t think I would go again.
