Central Takeaway - Kells

Probably one of the best Chippers in the south east in my opinion. Everything is always spot on no matter what you order , staff are always friendly and always go the extra mile to be as helpful as they can. Best place to eat in Thomastown 100

I have consistently had amazing dining experiences at Central. The food is always served hot and cooked right in front of you. The staff is extremely friendly and the food quality is top-notch. During my second visit, I inquired about a Paddy Special and the owner kindly made me a small sample to try in addition to my original order. I strongly suggest Central for delicious food and outstanding service.

The service at the restaurant was extremely bad today. It was much better in the past, but has definitely gotten worse. We placed an order at 6:50, but when we arrived at 7:10, there was no communication about how long it would take. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested, causing us to wait 20 minutes for a pizza and two bags of chips. Another customer who came in after us received their order before us, and someone else was even told they ran out of fish for their order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering past issues with incorrect orders and online payment problems. The food was okay but not as good as it used to be. I would suggest trying another place like King Kebabish or Dino's instead. In my opinion, Central Restaurant is not worth a visit.

The food was extremely tasty and the service was exceptional.
