Supermac's - Killarney

I have always enjoyed going to Supermac's for their delicious and crispy chicken meals. However, my recent experience at the new Supermac's restaurant in Killarney was disappointing. The chicken seemed overcooked and dry, and the chips were soft and lacking in flavor. Even the chicken sandwich was not up to par compared to the meals at the old location. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the quality of the food was not up to Supermac's usual standards. I hope that things will improve in the future.

We were always going every week to the old smaller one, food was great, but this new bigger one we will never go again, chips were cold, the chicken was dry like card board, i have had better frozen pizzas at home, we just left it after us, told the waiting staff and she just walked off, avoid, they didn't even have black pepper!! So wish they had just stayed as they were in the small but excellent food they did have.

There was nothing positive about this experience . It started with the table being filthy . Than we had at least a 25 min wait for our fast food, however the worst was yet to come. As the wait was so long the chips were not hot . Than we found a hair in the one of the burgers and brought it to the staff's attention , who made light of it and handed out a different burger instead , which was not even the same type of burger . We did not even hey an apology. One of our group was all night puking, but I couldn't say for definite if it was the food we got but I suspect it was. I messaged Supermax twice and got no reply . I only got a reply when I eventually had to ring them . This reply was also less than satisfactory from Brian in the head office . This was appalling food and service I will not be returning.

Great supermacs, opened a lot and close by my hotel. Great safety measures too. happy customer : will be back in Killarney in the summer and I will be back

I have been to supermac’s In Cork and I was disappointed.This supermac’s was totally different.The might Mac burger I got was excellent and was so tasty I ordered a second one.The staff were good and the covid 19 guide lines were very well done
