Kfc - Killeen

I consistently find human hair in my chicken dish at this restaurant. The first time, I discovered a long black hair in my meal. When I brought it up to the staff, they did not seem concerned about my complaint. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, I found a long blue hair in my chicken dish. This will be my final visit to this establishment.

I ordered BBQ wings but received hot wings instead. The staff was unfriendly and I was hesitant to complain in fear that they might tamper with our food. This seems to be a common occurrence with the food in this city.

I would rate this restaurant less than one star if I could. This place either needs serious help or should be shut down. Upon arriving at the restaurant, it was clear that the line was very long, so we attempted to place a mobile order. Despite there being multiple signs indicating that customers could pick up their orders inside or through the app, no employees acknowledged us when we tried to collect our food at the closed door. Eventually, when another customer came to the door to correct their order, the employees finally opened it. We were then told that we had to go through the drive-thru to pick up our food, even though we could see it right there. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes, despite it being a quick in-and-out order. To add to the frustration, one employee questioned why we couldn't pick up our food at the door as the signs suggested. Overall, if you want KFC, it's best to go elsewhere. This experience is not worth anyone's time.

My man and I drove around 20 o'clock today and ordered the 8pc filling meal. we're coming home and seeing that the huh is old and looks like it was in a fight. to make something worse, I called kfc to report it and to demand replacement, from now on I am on call number 10 and nobody takes the phone. just now it is 8:46 pm.i hope that I can post pictures here. Once I have corrected my order, I will never order here. I work hard for my money and as expensive as kfc is, looks like they give more care and attention to what they actually serve them. if I could give 0 stars, I would.

The quality of food handed to me was disgraceful. I paid $7 for wings that looked and tasted as if they were cooked the previous day. The employee seemed very annoyed that I returned the the hot wings. I will not be visiting this KFC again.
