Customer service was great the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had my new go to

This will be the first food review I've ever done! I ordered the j chicken..which was incredibly dry AND nothing more than burnt to a crisp! And tasted extremely bitter! I ordered rice with chicken stew and never got it..rice was also extremely dry..I ordered a side of Mac and cheese and it was laugh worthy.. very soggy with a dash of cheese hear and there.and tasted like it was left in the refrigerator too long and tasted like every ingredient in the fridge!. and the plantains were almost crunchy! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES HERE!

I don't mind paying up for good food, and customer service. The chicken was burnt and dry. Mister manager, if you know the chicken is burnt, don't sell it. Create an inviting atmosphere, deliver great quality food and , customer service, and the word will get around. Bottom line my first experience was disappointing.

Music was way too loud. Delivery drivers beware. It's club level volume today. Might be a party they're hosting.

Mannnn I can not stress how unorganized this place is!! I waited 40 mins and was still told 10-15 more mins on some cabbage?They would do well to hire someone who actually knows how to run a kitchen and WAAYYYY better front counter staff!! Caribbean Royal on Clear Creek much better at getting food out in a timely manner! I mean I get being small but ur service should reflect how much u care and the service says we won’t be here too long!
