I travel from Chicago every now and then, I have had the priviledge of visiting the Hot Spot grill from time to time. I can say the hospitality and the food is great!! I love the empanadas!! She caters to the Military soldiers and it gives them all a place to come to, where they carry out a good homecooked meal. They are very happy with her service as I am. Just recently I had some pastelles, and OMG, those pastelles were full of meat, like they should be and the meat was soooo tender and soooo good! I truly enjoyed eatting those pastelles. I have also had the Coquito pie and the Coquito…. I strongly recommend The Hot Spot for some great tasting food and best of all some great staff that know how to treat their customers….. I wish all the best the the Hot Spot Grill and that this New Year 2022 gives them more and more success!! God Bless you Yesenia and all your staff too…you are the greatest!!

The best Puerto Rican food truck in town!!!!! I’ve tasted all their dishes and all are super delicious. The pernil is so juicy and flavorful oh the rice so yummy. I’ve been ordering food from them for a couple years now. I always have my Christmas dinner catered with them and it’s always a crowd pleaser. Highly recommend them for lunch, dinner, or even to cater your event. The food will NOT disappoint.
