Feedback gevenWe arrived at the restaurant to find that the door was locked before 7:00 pm. We waited in the drive-thru line but never moved, and eventually two cars ahead of us left. Giving up, we decided to leave and noticed that there was no one inside the restaurant as we drove by. Disappointed with the lack of service, we drove down the road to the university to find food elsewhere. Not a good experience overall.
The food at this restaurant is excellent - it's always hot and fresh, and the drive-thru service is very fast. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. This is definitely one of the best restaurants around, and the consistency of the food is always reliable.
The line at this restaurant was long and there was a bit of a wait. I think this was my first time visiting this place. We waited in line and placed our order. The chicken biscuit and steak biscuit we ordered at noon were quite flavorful. The bo biscuit had a unique appearance, more like a turnover than a traditional biscuit. We didn't try them this time, but I heard they were pretty good. We also got a sweet tea that was more than satisfactory. Overall, we had a good experience trying out the biscuits at noon.
Love the food but no need to be a stickler on sauces. Only giving one for multiple tenders would be wonderful.
Proceeded to stand in line without being greeted or helped. Total time to get two combos was over a 30 minute wait. To be clear, we were the only two customers inside the entire store. After the 30 minute wait, I asked the wait staff how much longer itwould be and they proceeded to tell me they forgot to put the chicken in and offered me a refund or to wait. Update. Ireceived a call from this location regarding my review. Samuel did an excellent job talking with me and provided excellentcustomer service.
