Panda Express - Kingman

It was a busy night, and I show up to pick up my order and there's 4 people in front of me, plus it was rush hour (barely after 6 pm) I waited for a little bit because of the line, no biggie, but this rude doordash lady was having a fit because it was taking too long for her orders when clearly the employees have to cook the food. Apparently, this impatient woman thinks you snap your fingers and presto, here's your orders. They're short staffed as usual because people are lazy and don't want to work. That woman made everything worse and the employee got yelled at because she wasn't fast enough. I'm sorry but food needs to be at a certain temperature so people aren't eating undercooked food! I praised that poor girl and told her to ignore Karen and have a better evening. The poor girl was almost crying. Be kind to people you don't know what they're going through.

Waited a while for my online pickup order. Luckily, they're staff was really reassuring and got me my order as soon as they could. I want compliment Chey on her exceptional customer service.

Drive thru only, and the young man was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy they were not out of my selection.

Love panda always fresh and what you expect each time always feel refreshed and ready for my day after eating here.

Food was good as always but service makes you feel you are a burden for coming in
