Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes Fries - Kinston

I stopped by for a quick meal on my way home. The service was excellent! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!

On kinston for lunch with a friend. personal was friendly and used paperless editing of orders. Eat came hot and fast. cheesesteak was good, but not great. I like them having fountain drinks. we were allowed to take time, eat and socialize. recommended for lunch.

I tried the restaurant for over 30 minutes. I could never reach someone. When I arrived on site and approached the drive, I was told that I could not place an order because they did not take orders in the DRIVE-THRU! I had my kids in the car so I couldn't get out, I just wanted a salad. I had to call the phone again and then order it on the phone! That really didn't make any sense. The young lady on the car thru answered the phone and then took my order and said it? ll about 5 min. I could have stayed in the Drive thru for this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gas is too high! I should never go away and come back to make an order. This is crazy!!!!

I placed an order at 5:13 for two cheeseburgers and one hamburger, which were supposed to be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. After paying, I had to drive around and finally received my order at 5:36. When I requested some napkins, the server handed me crumpled ones that looked like they had been used. When I asked for more, I received them along with a very poor attitude. I asked to speak with the manager, but she seemed indifferent to my concerns. I don’t plan on returning, and I suggest you improve your customer service.
