McDonald's - Kirkland Lake

I found my fries to be cold,when asked for new ones they made it a pretty big deal.Was not impressed.

Horrible McDonald’s, staff is always incredibly rude. Tried to redeem my points for a free coffee, then they’re arguing saying it’s not free.. like y’all your app says free coffee for 2000 points! Had the date and time stamp and still arguing. From Winnipeg, never had such horrible service like here in Kirkland lake. Get it together! Find nicer staff!

I come her often for the Mc.Griddle breakfast and a coffee. Always served hot and fresh! I would highly recommend going for the breakfast. Certain breakfast sandwiches and hash browns are sold until 11am.

What is the purpose of having two drive-thrus if they are going to make you wait and only use one?

Clean fast accurate though they haven't had an employee of the month in a few months lol good location.
