Feedback gevenI dined at this restaurant almost every morning and it was enjoyable. However, they were very busy and struggled to keep up with our conference group. The wait wasn't too long and the staff were efficient. We consistently bought bakery items, which were always fresh except for our last day there. It's nice to have a more affordable dining option at the resort.
I am leaving a review because I wondered if they have gluten-free options and hadn’t seen anything on the reviews so I’m here to say they have lots of great gluten-free options, including certified packaged, gluten-free foods and gluten-free bread for their fabulous sandwiches! I am celiac, so I did have to ask them to remake my sandwich when they used a knife they had already used on a regular sandwich, but they graciously accommodated me. They also had homemade gluten free pastries!
The restaurant had terrible customer service. The people ahead of us were given a frozen pizza, so the staff gave them our pizza instead (which is understandable). However, in the process, they lost our order. They continued serving the customers behind us their orders until everyone else had their pizzas. They never made an effort to locate our ticket and didn't even bother to apologize.
Just had an amazing Pastrami Sub. Everything was super fresh and made in front of me. Better than subway and many other sub places I've eaten at for sure.
If staying at the Omni Hotel and in need of proper coffee (espresso or cappuccino), this is the place to go…(Starbucks and Panera are at least a mile away from the place. Nice pastries and incredible cookies.
