Pizza Hut - Kissimmee

The pizza hat was very good. That wasn't my first trip and hopefully it won't be my last trip. I enjoy pizza and this pizza hat was much better than anyone I tried.

Every time I order the delivery/delivery at this point, there is always a problem. Today I made an order for execution and when I went to pick up my order MY WINGS were lost (that was what I was told) so now I wait almost an hour for 2 pizzas and 12 wings. This is RIDICULOUS!!! MANAGEMENT must really increase it because the service is HORRIBLE!!!!

Good food, good service. Facilities and dining area basic, but overall it was OK.

Refused to honor Pizza Hut?s main website promotion. I even called shop and they said they would accept it. Drove all the way there and the manager refused. You specified your location? Bad customer service and representation of the brand. The store looked old, dingy and the dining room looked like a camp. Stay away from here!
