Sprigs The Food Shop - Kloof

Declared by my family spread all over 4 continents .... The best restaurant in the whole world. And we agee. Tonight's gourmet dinner verified this.

Do yourself a favour and get into your car, drive to Sprigs and buy a donut filled with creme pat! Try and eat it slowly but you will land up eating it like your last meal. It's worth the calories and the hours of exercise you will need to burn it off

As we have a toffee factory in Darling we get a lot of tourist trade. Every KZN tourist we mention to that our toffees are available at Sprigs in Kloof they are immediately very happy and positive about this shop. On holiday in Durban, we decided to satisfy our curiosity and Hentie and I popped into Sprigs for lunch. Wow! Wow! Wow! What a beautiful shop with lovely hand sourced goods and what EXCELLENT food and coffee a wonderful buffet especially the brinjal, dried apricot and curried pecan nut salad enough to convince us to be the proud owners of a Sprigs recipe book. Well done! If we are in KZN again we will definitely pay Sprigs a visit!
