Arby's - Kyle

I've never dined inside. Warm service and accurate orders. Their gyro is especially good. Food is hot and fresh.

Staff was unfriendly. Waited at counter for several minutes just for Arby's sauce because they are out. Had staff walk right by me without saying a word as I waited at counter for assistance. And they are out of supplies so not everything on their menu is available.

Joanna, Stephanie and Sylvia are Rockstars!We come from Austin, to come here..great customer service and atmosphere...I think people are sleeping on Arby's!!!!

Terrible experience. I do not recommend this place. Arby's is a better option. It's worth the drive to Buda, Austin, or San Marcos instead. Once again, steer clear of this restaurant.

I can only give this place a one-star rating because the customer service is just that bad. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. There's one lady who works the evening shift by herself, and she's the only one who seems to care at all. The food was cold, my order was wrong, and the service was terrible. I was even told they wouldn't put turkey on my gyro, despite having it available. It seemed like the staff just didn't want to make the effort. Overall, a disappointing experience. Goodbye!
