I do not avoid gluten, but their broth are easy to eat the best gluten-free brote I have eaten in kyoto. she is also very friendly and accommodating, gives me a free bananenmuffin after we had a nice chat about the spread of veganism and healthy eating in kyoto. they were a normal bakery before the owner learned more about gluten-free and vegan cooking from choice cafe, after which she had the epiphanie to switch over completely to a vegan and gluten-free bakery a year ago. I was very impressed and inspired by their commitment to offer healthy and tasty products for their customers. highly recommended, even if they are not allergic to white. this is a fantastic and beautiful place that deserves more recognition.

I bought three different buns from here: raspberry and two different kinds of anpan which all were super yummy. The texture was fantastic, really impressed as it’s gluten free. They also sell cookies and vegan cheese!

Really cute vegan and gluten free bakery near Kamigamo Jinja! The bread has a really fluffy texture and tastes like normal non-gluten free bread.
