Tachinomi Inaseya - Kyoto

I will definitely be going back with friends. Suntory is my favorite, and that's what they pour. Also, the food was good, and was pretty affordable. We had 3 beers and 4 small dishes for 2300¥.

This is the standing bar I would visit every time I revisit Kyoto. Cosy and atmosphere is great! The beer is very nice and the food is also good. And don't worry if you can't speak Japanese as they have English menu with pictures, so it's just for you to get the nice food. recommend the tofu and the brutal beef. If you've never been to an Izakaya and you want to try, I'm sure you'll find this place great! Enjoy!

What a find in Kyoto! This busy standing bar is located near Kyoto Station and has a large (local atmosphere, great finger food and cheap drinks to offer! The staff is simply so efficient and friendly ( Write the plate number on a piece of paper and go to the first waiter (waitress you see). The English menu is available or displayed in Japanese via the counter. The Sashimi, the roasted chicken and the omelet were so delicious (at a very low price too! that you have to order them again. Go!

Great place. Many locals. Definitely feels more like an Osaka bar than a Kyoto bar. The food is cheap, but very good. Staff are quick and efficient, but busy so do not expect them to chat with you or be overly friendly. It doesn't matter to me. Bring me my beer and food fast and I'm not doing anything at all.
