The manager at this location is horrible. She usually works the drive through register in a pinkish shirt and grey mask. She never provides condiments and then walks away to the registers for dine in orders. You have to yell hello! and honk your hornto try to get her attention but she 'll still ignore you. You just have to wait until someone else working there hears you tohelp. So annoying and rude.

Excellent cafe. In the best traditions of fast food, a wide range of all kinds of burgers and light drinks, as well as ice cream. Bright sign, spacious hall, friendly staff and fast service. Reasonably priced and everything is delicious and delicious.

I've noticed that the options available for delivery from this location have been very limited for some time now. For instance, there are no burger or chicken sandwich combos on the third-party apps. However, a nearby location a few miles away has their entire menu updated and available. I would be happy to revise my review if they could update their menu on Uber Eats, Postmates, and the like.

Overall, my experience has been good, and some of the staff are really friendly. However, one issue I've encountered is with the opening hours. The sign states that they open at 6 AM, but there have been times when I've arrived at 6:30 and the doors are still closed. I've waited to see if someone would let me in, but they often just ignore me or tell me to wait five more minutes. It's frustrating that they advertise a 6 AM opening time when they don't actually adhere to it.

We experienced excellent customer service at this restaurant, thanks to the dedicated employees. Juan assisted us with our orders, and we were truly impressed by his level of service—it's something that's hard to come by these days.
