Lupe's Place - La Cañada Flintridge

The service was incredibly fast, friendly, and accommodating. I arrived after 11:00 and missed breakfast, so I opted for three tacos: Pastor, Lengua, and Cabeza. Each taco was generously filled with meat, topped with chopped onions and heaps of cilantro. The Pastor was my favorite of the three, but the Cabeza had a fantastic flavor as well. The Lengua was tasty too, though it didn’t quite match the others. They offer two homemade hot sauces—one green and one red. The green sauce is refreshing and mild, while the red delivers a nice spicy kick. I enjoyed my meal outside with my dog, and it made for a delightful lunch. The outdoor seating area, though small, is clean, shaded, and well-kept. I look forward to returning to try one of their breakfast burritos!

The food is delicious, and I highly recommend the breakfast burritos. I usually stop by on Saturdays before heading to work.

Call ahead, as your order may take some time. It's best to pay with cash, since credit card payments incur a fee.

All right. Friendly staff. Great location. Food is cost-effective, but large portions. We eat here EVERYTIME we are in the area. Sit and stay for a while.
