Pizz Isa - La Colle-sur-Loup

Excellent pizza and friendly service. My mother and I were staying at the hotel up the road and arrived late for check-in. There were not many places still open for dinner and the pizza stand down the road turned us away even though we arrived 40 minutes prior to advertised closing. Discouraged, we headed back to the hotel but along the way saw Fabi Pizza still open along the side of the road and the owner was very warm and welcoming and made us two delicious pizzas from his recommendation one white truffle pizza with burrata and one fig and salami pizza. Both were amazing, you could tell the owner really cares about his craft. Will definitely be back next time in the area!
