Ruby Ru's Street Eatery - Lafayette

I love ruby rus. we started to go to the food truck and we fell in love with the food, and the owner who is always so friendly and friendly. when he opened the restaurant, we were elated. the same great food, but with an extended menu. everything I tried here is great! the breakfast sandwiches are a delicious new supplement. the only problem I have at ruby ru is the choice of what I eat as I like everything on their menu!

This restaurant is amazing! The Bourbon chicken is a reliable choice if you're not feeling adventurous. If you're up for something bold, try the banh mi bowl—it’s fantastic! And the mac and cheese is the best I've ever had. My kids, ages 2 and 4, loved it and cleaned their plates. I live six hours away, but whenever I’m in the Denver area, I make it a priority to eat here if I can. Don’t miss out; you’ll definitely want to come back for more!

I first tried the Bourbon chicken, and it was fantastic! The mac and cheese was cooked to perfection, holding that al dente texture. This place really rocks! I also sampled their gyro and cheeseburger sub, and they were both delicious too.

I almost hesitate to share this because I want to keep it a secret, but Ruby's Breakfast is absolutely amazing! After visiting the sign, we stopped by and were not disappointed at all. The Centaur Burrito and the Breakfast Ru were both incredible, and I can't wait to come back next weekend to try the Breakfast Gyro. We had already enjoyed their bowls and subs before (which are also fantastic), but the breakfast really elevates this place to a six-star rating in my opinion. Either way, I will definitely be back!

Very good food, workers very nice. If your looking for a quick stop thats more than just fast food, this is your place.
