Burger King - Lake Charles

This is the only Burger King I visit in Lake Charles! The staff here are fantastic, and the Coca-Cola is incredible!

This is easily the worst burger joint I've ever been to. They really need to shut down. The staff are incredibly unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.

I was very disappointed with the restaurant! I can't believe they didn't have the necessary items, and they didn't even try to fix the problem. It's concerning that many fast food chains seem unable to address these issues. This will be the last time I visit this establishment unless something changes.

The service and the people were great as well as friendly great work there. the 3 stars are for food quality and are made from almost everything. no ch’king options and many of the soda aromen were out. in addition, the regular chicken sandwich did not taste like hen and the hepper jr was cold.

Dirty tables, slow service, no working ice machine, no medium lids, cleaning supplies left on counter next to napkins, etc
