The food was excellent! However, the customer service left much to be desired.
I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time (I’m from Austin, Texas), and it was so enjoyable that I returned. The staff was efficient, friendly, and funny. I placed my order and received my food promptly, and everything was super fresh and offered at a great price.
When I ordered a sundae, they didn't ask if I wanted strawberry or vanilla, and they also didn't check whether I wanted it in a cup or a cone. I specified that I wanted it in a cup, which shouldn't be too difficult for them to manage.
