Pizza Hut - Lake Charles

I have ordered many pizzas from this place over many years, as it was for me personally about the years a very good location. probably have eaten hundreds of cakes from this place in the last 16-18 years. the pizza was always good and the service fast. I have a bad pizza for the first (and hopefully the last) time on Monday. I let them know, and the gm did good on it today and made me a good cake. he said that in recent years they had a hard time to find and keep good employees, which is a regrettable reality for so many companies since kovid, hurricane, etc. I've never opened the box and looked at the cakes in the past because I never had a problem. I will make sure that I check the box before I go with my cake.

Her bulk order is ready text us when they wait here 15 minutes in my car to get my food and the app says, order is ready to not try to do the picking her not come out of the load. there are 4 employees sitting in the back part of the load who talk nothing to each other, then they give to my man the two pizzen wings and cinnamon sticks and do not even say a word. 3$ charged for Marinara sauce and didn't even give us one. the service here is useless.

I wait for my order and when it had not arrived, I decided to call and said the order was canceled! that was not notified. really disappointed by service at pizza hat. went to domino instead and let me tell them the service and the pizza was much better

This was supposed to be a make up order from them but once again an hour later and still have not answered when automatically put on hold. I'm done with them.

We ordered delivery at 7.30 for pizza (we checked the closing time, 9pm) to receive a phone call saying they were closed. Highly disappointed ?.
