McDonald's - Lake Country

I have visited this McDonald's location for a few years now, and they were once known as the slowest in the valley based on my past experiences. However, today I stopped by and quickly grabbed a few coffees through the drive-thru. It seems like they have made some improvements.

I have visited this restaurant several times for a quick lunch or a treat of ice cream. The staff is typically friendly and the service is decent. Unlike other McDonald's locations, the ice cream cones here are a good size. I will continue to come back.

We ordered milk with our delicious meal and it tasted sour. When we informed the staff, they replaced it with another sour and expired milk. This is not the first time we have had a negative experience with this restaurant.

I don't understand how many times they can screw a job? they always scare my order. I even go back to fix my order and they still screw it up. this mcdonald’s is made of a series of careless people who do not really care about the customer service, this is clearly a result of the very bad management. that is a very good person.

Where's the manager for this place? Judging by the service, it's seriously lacking in management oversite. Most of this staff should be fired or at the very least, retrained so that they can recognize what a customer looks like and how to act accordingly.
