Food is always good. I realize they get busy at times but the floor behind the counter is littered with the toppings for the sandwiches. It looks bad and is a safety concern for the staff.

My favourite place to eat! Food is always fresh and delicious!.. I have never had a bad experiance in the 7 years I have been going here.

Very friendly and definitely get your money's worth food is great

Not impressed! They make a big show of scurrying around like they're very busy, yet it takes 10 or 15 minutes to get your sandwich, even though no one is in front of you in line. They do take your money right away though, otherwise I would have walked out. Semi-rude employees trying to look important flipping around bags and stickers. Watched customer after customer struggle with the credit card machine and get treated like idiots for it. The card reader is hidden up under the screen, but big and bold on top is the unavoidable tip button. Tip for what? Customers stand at the counter and place their own order, pay their own bill and stand around waiting for the food. It's not like anyone is waiting tables. Lots of call ahead pick up orders, apparently regulars have learned that's the only way you can get decent service.
