Nice KFC store in London. Staff are friendly and the food was also good!

Great location. Lots of parking. Food was served fast, hot and correct. Dining room was active but clean. Observed Manager was active checking orders to be correct for drive-through too. When I left Manager even asked if everything was ok. That never happens to me at 'fast food ' place. Impressed with the care and attention. Recommend for sure.

Chicken was great as usual, I wasn't a fan of the new seasoned fries. Service was polite and friendly

I'm giving this location 4 stars cuz you can't do 3.5, due to being late (delivered) I ordered at 5:35pm was estimated to be delivered at 6:35. 15 mins later I called and she explained they were very busy and apologized and it was just package and would be here in about 15, 20 mins, since waiting more then an hour, I expected our food to be cold or gross however that was not this case for most of it was hot,delicious and filling nothing was missed. Not greasy (had some hardness to my chicken burger though). But still good inside juicy. The driver even called to let me know he was outside instead of just knocking and hope we heard it. He's was polite and friendly. Thank you staff who work so hard to fulfill our order.

I like the quality of food and they are very considerate to cook fresh new chickens specially late in night after 12 am.
