Wow costumer service exelent. The employees friendly and very polite.I went there 2 times while i was in DC . My orders were right how i ordered and i was so happy because that never happens here in NY because they always messed up my orders and employees give me actitud. I made a last-minute order through the mobile app for 36 donuts and two jugs of coffee. Because the donuts weren't the random assortment, I was warned that there might be a delay. However, when I arrived at the location, everything was ready for pick up. If they can handle this type of order, I can only imagine what else they are capable of. The service was for takeout and the meal type was breakfast.
